Northwood Varsity Timberwolves put up 11 runs in the second on its way to a 20-1 victory over Sage Hill on Wednesday. Mike Lopez, Ahmad Kazi, Eugene Miyata, Paul Grossman, Kai Mo, and Adam Harper each drove in runs during the inning.
Northwood Varsity Timberwolves got things moving in the first inning. Mo drove in one when Mo singled.

In the second Lopez singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run, an error scored one run for Northwood Varsity Timberwolves, Miyata singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run, Grossman singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, Mo doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Harper doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run, Jordan Kim tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, Rylan Littlejohn tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and Lopez grounded out, scoring one run.
Bobby Bangs was the winning pitcher for Northwood Varsity Timberwolves. The righthander went three innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out six and walking one. Keegan Mcglaughlin threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
#15 took the loss for Sage Hill. The hurler surrendered 12 runs on ten hits over two and a third innings.
