An emotional day at the Northwood High School baseball field! Six seniors were presented with well-thought-out baseball-themed gifts. Very grateful to Kay and Jennifer for organizing such a wonderful event. All seniors expressed their gratitude to the support of family members and the guidance of all their youth and Northwood coaches.

The game was as dramatic and emotional as the Senior Day event. Senior Henry Jia pitched six dominated innings and Senior Darren Shorter pitched one strong inning. Game went to the bottom of the 7th inning tied at 2. The first batter Ethan Chan drew a walk and later reached 2nd on a wild pitch. The second batter, Cal Euper hit a walk-off single to the center field and Ethan scored the winning run! Another bright spot is that Adam Harper evaded the defense and scored a crucial run after he got into a rundown.
